Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
  • During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
  • All orders are subject to processing time, from the time it takes for a shipment to process and the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Standard domestic and international orders can take up to 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 
  • After your payment is received, standard domestic and international orders can take 10-14 business days to complete, not including weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) is out of stock, we will send an email to inform you and ship the part of the order that is in stock. Once the rest of the order is replenished, you will be the first to receive your order. An email will be sent once the out-of-stock item has been shipped.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out to the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for any additional fees incurred by customs or shipping carriers.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please file any delivery complaints with the carrier IF the package has been marked as already delivered by the carrier.
